FitBlock brings you a revolutionary, full-body workout and approach to fitness, focused on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that drives weight loss, fitness and toning all-in-one.
Classes focus on block workout stations that target every muscle group in one class. Every workout is expertly guided by our qualified trainers who are there to motivate and assist you at every step of the way. In addition, class energy is fuelled with current upbeat music and special lighting to keep you motivated throughout the session ensuring that you are having fun whilst working out! Every class begins with a yoga warm-up and ends with a stretching cool-down session.
In addition to our daily HIIT Sessions we have recently added Barre classes to our weekly schedule and offering. What is Barre? It is a fun and high energy form of exercise that incorporates the flexibility and posture of ballet, dance and yoga whilst still gaining strength and tone with Pilates and light weights.
Soon FitBlock will be offering Personal Training slots during the day for clients that don’t wish to train in a group environment or would prefer a strength-based training. Watch out for the trainers and pricing options launching soon!
