WELLBEING OF STAFF AND CLIENTS

HEALTH SCREEN ALL CLIENTS ENTERING THE STUDIO.

COLLECT AND STORE TIME, DATE AND PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION
OF ANY PERSON ENTERING THE STUDIO.

ENSURE SOCIAL DISTANCING IS ALWAYS BEING ADHERED TO.

HANDS TO BE SANITISED AS EACH CLIENT AND TRAINER WALKS
IN USING A NO CONTACT SANITISER.

RECEPTION WILL SCAN AND RECORD THE TEMPERATURE OF
ANYONE ENTERING AT THE DOOR.
ANY PERSON ENTERING AND USING THE RECEPTION / STUDIO
MUST ALWAYS WEAR A CLOTH MASK.

ALL USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLEAN FITNESS AND OTHER
EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER USE WITH READILY AVAILABLE
DISINFECTANT SPRAYS AND PAPER TOWELS PROVIDED BY THE FACILITY OPERATOR.

TRAINERS

TRAINERS AND STAFF MEMBERS WHO DON’T FEEL WELL WILL BE REQUIRED TO STAY AT HOME.

WEAR A FACEMASK AT ALL TIMES AND CHANGE CLOTHES SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.

MAINTAIN THE RECOMMENDED DISTANCE FROM CLIENTS.

ALL EMPLOYEES INTERACTING WITH ANY PERSON WILL BE REQUIRED TO SANITISE THEIR HANDS BETWEEN EACH INTERACTION.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

ENSURE A DISTANCE 1.5 METERS IS ADHERED TO WHILE ENTERING THE STUDIO PREMISES OR ENGAGING WITH CLIENTS.

CARDIO EQUIPMENT WILL BE PLACED 2 METERS APART.

CLEANING AND HYGIENE

SANITIZE AND CLEAN ALL THE AREAS OF THE STUDIO ON A
DAILY BASIS WITH ANI-VIRAL CLEANING DETERGENTS.
FOCUS ON HIGH TOUCH POINTS, HARD SURFACES AND ALL FITNESS
EQUIPMENT FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

GIVE EXTRA FOCUS TO ALL AREAS SUCH AS TOILETS, COMMON
AREAS, DOOR HANDLES, LOCKER HANDLES AND SHARED ELECTRONIC
EQUIPMENT, ENSURING THAT THEY ARE FREQUENTLY
CLEANED AND DISINFECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

CHECK THAT DISPENSERS, WIPES, ETC. ARE WIDELY DISTRIBUTED
AND ARE REGULARLY TOPPED UP.
USE THE CAN OF SURFACE DISINFECTANT TO DISINFECT THE
ENTIRE STUDIO WITH A GENERAL MIST BETWEEN SESSIONS.
HAVE THE AIR-CONDITIONING FILTERS CHECKED AND DISINFECTED.

ENSURE THERE IS ADEQUATE NATURAL VENTILATION IN ALL
PARTS OF THE STUDIO.

SESSION BOOKINGS

CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE THEIR SPACE.

CLIENTS NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE RECEPTION TO BE ADMITTED TO THE SESSION AND ENSURE THEY HAVE HAD THEIR TEMPERATURE CHECKED.

SESSION BREAKDOWN AND DETAILS

THE NUMBER OF CLIENTS PER SESSION WILL BE IN LINE WITH THE RELEVANT REGULATIONS.

45 MINUTE PER A SESSION INCLUDING WARM-UP AND COOL DOWN.

15 MINUTES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE BETWEEN EACH SESSION TO ALLOW FOR CLEANING.

EQUIPMENT WILL BE LAID OUT IN THE 4 BLOCKS ALLOCATED ON THE GROUND. CLIENTS WILL BE ALLOCATED A BLOCK AT RECEPTION.
